We dont offer a “Brown box service”, a common practice on the web where in order to keep the price as low as possible the goods are sold “in a box” on the assumption that the customer is able and willing to accept a delivery onto their drive or path “off the back of a lorry” and be able to assemble and operate the scooter for themselves and to be able to return it “in a box” when or if anything happens in the future. All well and good in theory but not ideal for everybody.
